We want you to love your Manzur kit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
